The city buses of SASA-Line 11 allow the area to connect to public transportation. The vertical height of the building, at 42 meters, with 12 stories (3 basements, 12 upper stories, and a top floor) and with a glass facade that is completely glass with aluminum surfaces, allows it to reveal its architectural presence in the panorama of the Bozner valley. The City Tower was built as an advanced office building under the "A" building standard.
Ad hoc-drafted modern institutions such as the Hypo Tirol Bank Italien AG, the Tyrol Insurance Company, and the climatic house Agentur convey an international flair.
